Starting with the design, the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G features a textured haze effect finish on the rear, which Samsung suggests helps minimize fingerprints and smudges. It also comes with an IP68 dust and water resistance. Towards the front, there is a 6.5-inch sAMOLED display on the device with a 120Hz refresh rate and a 240Hz touch sampling rate. The Galaxy S20 FE 5G comes in three colors: Cloud Mint, Cloud Lavender, and Cloud Navy.

At its core, the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G runs on Qualcomm Snapdragon 865, which is a 5G chipset with up to 2.84GHz of clock speed and an Adreno 650 GPU for graphics processing. Assisting the chipset is 8GB of RAM and 128GB of onboard storage, expandable up to 1TB with a microSD card. And to power the internals, there is a 4500mAh battery with support for 25W Super-Fast charging technology. Additionally, there is also support for Wireless Charging 2.0 on the smartphone.

In terms of optics, the Galaxy S20 FE 5G comes with a triple-camera setup on the rear with an LED flash. The setup includes a 12MP primary sensor accompanied by a 12MP ultra-wide-angle lens and an 8MP telephoto lens. On the front, the device has a 32MP (f/2.2) camera for selfies.
