The Meizu Pop is primarily designed for workouts and hence, offers a lightweight build which weighs only 5.8 grams. In addition, the buds themselves have an ergonomic, curved exterior that prevents them from falling out of your ears during extreme activities. They’re also touch-sensitive letting you perform a host of actions with a bunch of gestures like double-click, long-press for playback, volume control, what have you. To withstand sweat and other minor water damages, the Meizu Pop is IPX-5 certified too. The Meizu Pop on its own is rated to last only three hours. However, you get an additional twelve hours of playback from the case’s 700mAh pack. They can be paired with either an Android or iOS phone through Bluetooth 4.2. There’s a microphone as well and Meizu says with the help of a Graphene diaphragm, the Meizu Pop can emit “balanced high-frequency and optimized low-frequency sound.” Apart from the wireless pair of earbuds, Meizu also unveiled three new smartphones in India — the Meizu 6T, Meizu 16, and Meizu C9.
